SHIPPING

All in stock items will ship within 1-3 business days from New Glasgow, NS. Flat rate shipping costs are $12 within Nova Scotia, and $15 for the rest of the provinces. Local pickup in New Glasgow is free. I do not ship lettermail as there is no tracking or insurance. I do not currently ship outside Canada. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

RETURNS

Items purchased from MINI + MOON are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges. For this reason, please be sure to order the correct size at the time of purchase.

If a purchased item is received in a faulty or defective condition, please contact miniandmoon@gmail.com and I will work to resolve it right away.  I must be contacted within 14 days of receipt of the faulty item. Any issues that occur after 14 days are deemed wear and tear and are non-refundable.  

Please note that when ordering different sizes of a particular item, pattern placement will vary from what you see in photos.
